We’ve been going for a while to BK. We order Kids meal hamburger – plain with nothing on it. Our son has not had any problems with the french fries. You can look up allergen information on their website under “Menu and Nutrition”.

I go to Baja Fresh in different cities. The cheese burritos, quesadillas and fajitas are great and the food really is “fresh”. I’m not allergic to it – but for those of you who are there is fish, shrimp and lobster in some of their dishes.

We feel comfortable here because the chef cooks right in front of you, on the big teppanyaki table/grill. He’s right there to take in all the information about our allergies. It’s also quite a performance so fun for kids. I probably wouldn’t go here …
